6dDespite providing substantial evidence—including police reports, a letter from my lawyer, and case dockets—my claim has been denied without any reasonable justification or evidence provided by SOFI. This repeated dismissal of my case gives the appearance that SOFI is deliberately avoiding its obligation to assist in resolving this matter. It is especially concerning that SOFI’s own security team confirmed that an unauthorized number hacked my account, yet the institution has failed to act appropriately to rectify this issue. Instead of offering meaningful assistance, SOFI attempted to close my account before addressing the claim. At this point, it seems as though SOFI is intentionally disregarding the evidence I have provided and failing to fulfill its responsibility to conduct a fair investigation. 1. Proper Evaluation of Evidence: I demand that the police reports, lawyer’s letter, and case dockets I have submitted be reviewed thoroughly and used as part of the investigation,Provide all documentation and evidence used by SOFI to deny my claim. Offer a detailed explanation as to why my claim was denied, including a point-by-point response to the evidence I have provided.
