“Double down on your strengths.” 💪
CEO Timothy Chi shares his money mantra. Instead of stressing over weaknesses, focus on what you excel at. ➡️ https://lnkd.in/gdGADQiQ
Is there a mantra or principle that you use as a guiding factor when you manage your own money? One of the best pieces of career advice I ever got. Double down on your strengths. Don't spend that much time trying to fix your weaknesses. When it comes to investing, I'm not a good investor, I know that already. So my mantra is I'm going to rely on the experts because that that's their strength. I don't think I'm good at it. I might be an OK entrepreneur, but I'm not a good investor. So I'll happily, happily leave it to the experts to help guide me. And that works. In coupledom too. So for single people out there, make sure when you choose a partner, you understand what their strengths are and what your strengths are and how to complement those. And, and even in the wedding planning process. I mean, I'm in finance. My husband is an architect. The floor plan of our reception was like down to the inch. I, on the other hand, had a very detailed spreadsheet about how the sweating get paid for. Yeah.
Despite providing substantial evidence—including police reports, a letter from my lawyer, and case dockets—my claim has been denied without any reasonable justification or evidence provided by SOFI. This repeated dismissal of my case gives the appearance that SOFI is deliberately avoiding its obligation to assist in resolving this matter.
It is especially concerning that SOFI’s own security team confirmed that an unauthorized number hacked my account, yet the institution has failed to act appropriately to rectify this issue. Instead of offering meaningful assistance, SOFI attempted to close my account before addressing the claim.
At this point, it seems as though SOFI is intentionally disregarding the evidence I have provided and failing to fulfill its responsibility to conduct a fair investigation.
1. Proper Evaluation of Evidence: I demand that the police reports, lawyer’s letter, and case dockets I have submitted be reviewed thoroughly and used as part of the investigation,Provide all documentation and evidence used by SOFI to deny my claim.
Offer a detailed explanation as to why my claim was denied, including a point-by-point response to the evidence I have provided.
This week we will be looking at different ways to overcome the inevitable adversities that happen to pop up in life, and learn some simple strategies that will help you to come through any tough times in your life with confidence.
In this video we will look at a fantastic model for overcoming adversity, the ABC Model.
We will go into the different steps in detail in the video, but for a better understanding quickly the ABC's are as easy as
Adversity: Understanding how, when and why adversity happens, then learning some simple tools to combat that adversity
Beliefs: We will look at the power of your beliefs. You must understand these powers can go both ways. They can be empowering of limiting. You have to choose your outlook and work at it.
Consequences: As mentioned above there are consequences to our actions. The thing that is even better, is that if we get this working for us, those efforts tend to have a domino effect, and each subsequent domino can be bigger than the last.

Tell the truth. I mean to yourself.
It doesn’t serve us to act like things aren’t happening that are, that things are fine when they aren’t.
You’re smart. You know the difference. The price you’re paying is living with a conflict inside you.
Your self-respect and your integrity are worth more than what it costs you to pretend any longer.
You may not be making moves on the outside, but to admit what’s happening and allow yourself to acknowledge the truth of the situation will change you.
#Transformation
In the journey of life, we face many battles—personal, professional, emotional, and financial. Some battles we win, others we lose, but the ultimate goal should always be to focus on winning the war. When we succeed, it’s important to celebrate, but we must not let success breed arrogance or distract us from preparing for the challenges ahead. Similarly, when we face defeat, it’s natural to feel down, and that’s okay. However, we must ensure that our setbacks don’t pull us away from our long-term focus on victory #stayhumble#successmindset#growthoverego#overcomefailure#learnfromfailure#staymotivated#failuretosuccess

Focus on what you can control
Let go of what you can’t.
The idea that you can simply change your focus, and by doing so, change your life is very inspiring to me.
I still worry about things I can't control once in a while. But, now I ask myself these 3 questions:
1) Can I control what I'm worrying about?
2) What can I control?
3) What's the next step?
This helps me stop stewing and start moving.

Finding Strength in Flaws.
I've been thinking about what it means to be truly ourselves and accepting the real us.
Our imperfections, flaws and weaknesses.
It can be hard to stay true to who we are.
Today let's focus on ours flaws.
No comparison.
Just acceptance of who we truly are!
I'm learning to embrace my flaws.
It's not always easy, and it requires being honest with myself.
I have to sit down and really look at what I'm good at, and where I struggle.
This self-reflection is uncomfortable, but it's also liberating.
It helps me understand where I want to go and how to get there in my own way, without trying to meet someone else's expectations.
We shouldn't let other people define us.
Just because someone thinks we should act or look a certain way doesn't mean we have to.
We can choose to be rebels—to break free from the pressure to conform.
The world needs people who think differently, who bring their unique perspective, and who aren't afraid to challenge the status quo.
Let's be okay with not fitting into a mold.
Let's accept our imperfections and work with them instead of against them.

6 LAWS TO #WIN IN #LIFE
1.Stop telling people your #plans.
When you over share, you hurt your own progress. Keep things private and win.
2.Know when to say #NO.
Strong people put their own well being before pleasing others. Practice saying no more often.
3. Make a #decision, and commit to it.
Too many people lack discipline and go back to their toxic patterns. Make a decision to change, and stick to it.
4. There is #power in numbers
Nobody has made it in life all by themselves. You need a #team that uplifts and supports you. Stop being a lone wolf.
5. Starve your #distractions, feed your focus
Focus on your #goals instead of
cheap dopamine. You will achieve anything you ever wanted.
6. Always provide value to others
There is only one secret to #success: making other people's lives easier. In business and relationships, providing value will keep you their first priority.

Every decision comes with a cost. It’s wise to count the cost of your decisions.
So many people 'meander' their way through life imprisoned by the deceptiveness of their own thinking. Whether you believe you can or can’t, the decision was always yours to make.
If you must identify in a way, the hardest decision you could make is to identify as integral and sincere - for this will demand all from you. It’s easier to follow the trends that let you fit in.
Being an overly emotional train wreck comes at the cost of being calculated and wise. Working for money comes at the cost of today’s freedom. Working for time comes at the cost of smallness.
It’s better to reflect than have a mouth without boundaries that pours out opinions in every direction, and it’s better to play the long game that obsess over your deficiencies today.
One thing is for certain, every decision you make comes at the cost of the ones that you don’t.
