Dear All i have one Question..... Can some one explain to me, if I don't have oil & Gass Industry working experience how to join oil and Gass industries as a Construction Engineer, but i have other Projects 13 years experience in Cement industry, Infrastructure, Housing development and Air Craft engineering, when we see ad for job in oil and Gass that they mention should be oil and Gass working experience if these industries didn't give us chance,how we get oil and gas industry job experience?
