We become smarter if we feel safe in the office! 🧠 The amygdala is triggered if we don't perceive the office as a safe and pleasant place, causing us to instinctively want to leave — pure survival instinct I guess. 🙌 On the other hand, if the office feels safe, we tend to relax and open up for collaboration. Did you know that not only with us humans but also in the wild, coworking is an effective concept? Take for example zebras and ostriches. They often work together to stay alert to predators. Zebras have excellent eyesight and can spot danger from afar, while ostriches have a highly developed olfactory function.
