PSA to national restaurants, venues, and experiential brands, from an event planner who used to do luxury catering and venue sales: 1️⃣ Please make it incredibly easy for us #eventprofs to find, and stay on, a specific location to view that location's menu, private dining information and general information. If I have to click on the city with each page, it's already too much work. 2️⃣ If an event planner fills out a form on your website, and the sales team responds asking for the same information that can be found in the form, we're already skeptical of this inefficient situation. 3️⃣ Condense your information as much as possible. If I have to download, open, review, and understand, and share information about your venue to a client, make it easy for me to do so! Bonus website tip: If your venue tour looks like a CAD drawing, I'm out.
