Of course, his musical gift and genre didn't penetrate and saturate the mainstream music industry but he still sold millions to a segment of listeners, who recognized the love in his music and craved for more substantive lyrics that spoke to their hearts and minds. Sometimes winning in the workplace doesn't come in the form of monetary gains but a peace of mind and free conscience, especially when a person is rooted in love.
