Common Sense, an urban philosopher and hip-hop artist, once said, "I make money, money never makes me." Suggesting that his financial gains in music are a by-product of his deepest core principles and values, packaged in genuine love and gifted to his listeners. Of course, his musical gift and genre didn't penetrate and saturate the mainstream music industry but he still sold millions to a segment of listeners, who recognized the love in his music and craved for more substantive lyrics that spoke to their hearts and minds. Sometimes winning in the workplace doesn't come in the form of monetary gains but a peace of mind and free conscience, especially when a person is rooted in love. As a product leader, I believe organizations and consumers yearn to hear our authentic voices and see our true selves in the myriad of products that are launched into the consumer marketplace but we need to create from a stance of love. How do you manifest love at work on an individual and organizational level? #AuthenticProductLeadership #AuthenticityInTech #PrincipledInnovation #PassionateProductManagement #EthicalTech #ValuesDrivenDesign #HumanCenteredCybersecurity #IntegrityInTechnology #LoveDrivenDevelopment #PurposefulTech
