𝑹𝒆𝒇𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒏 𝒂 𝒀𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝑮𝒓𝒐𝒘𝒕𝒉, 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒑𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒂𝒕 𝑩𝒆𝒄𝒌𝒘𝒂𝒚 This year, we saw firsthand the power of relationships—50% of our new hires came through referrals. It’s true what they say: 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦. We’re grateful for the trust our team has placed in us, helping us grow with talented individuals who embody Beckway’s collaborative spirit and commitment to excellence. We all want to have the perfect "balance" between life and work, right? We scroll here on LinkedIn and think most people have the "perfect job" that provides it. But in reality, those who have found harmony have "blended" work and life in a way that creates health and wholeness all around them. In my latest article (https://lnkd.in/e3d2Z-yn), I talk about lessons learned from Gainsight, one of the most consistently high-rated "Great Place to Work" and offer insight to how you can create your own integrated space of life and work.

𝘔𝘺 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮 𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘥! It took me 3 important years of my life to learn how to keep the team happy! Here is how you can do the same: 👉🏻 Listen to your employees and make sure their problems are heard 👉🏻 Trust your team with responsibilities and give them the required ownership. 👉🏻 Acknowledge hard work and celebrate achievements to keep the team motivated. 👉🏻 Offer benefits and perks that matter 👉🏻 Provide opportunities and training for upscaling and upskilling of team. 👉🏻 Your team will mirror your work ethic and values, so set the right example. These insights have been instrumental in our journey, and I hope they help other founders build their dream teams. #linkedin #business #influencermarketingagency #team #journey #happyteam

🎉 At OnLoop, we kick off our Weekly All Hands by celebrating the team members who have stood out or done something noteworthy! 🌟 With our hectic day-to-day, it’s easy to forget to reflect, but that’s exactly why we set aside this time to acknowledge our recent accomplishments and wins, both big and small. 🙌 This practice helps us build a habit of regularly reflecting on and recognizing the positive things happening at work and within our team. 📈 Celebrate feedback is the third layer of our proprietary #CollaborativeTeamDevelopment (CTD) framework—an essential part of how we drive growth and performance. 🚀 It’s not just about acknowledging success; it’s about helping each team member discover their unique strengths and superpowers. 💪 When people know what they’re great at, they’re empowered to lean into those strengths, leading to higher productivity and enhanced performance. 🎯 Remember, a team that celebrates together, wins together! 🥳 Follow us for more examples of #CTDinAction! 🚀 📣 What are some ways you keep your hybrid team connected or something you want to start? #CompanyCulture #TeamWins #RemoteButTogether JJ (Projjal) Ghatak Anne Lewallen Jin Hong Chin Johannes Erlach Nick Palermo Michael Calcada Jason De Jesuz Cara Chiang Mohd. My favorite part about off-sites: the fresh views. Off-sites aren't just about meetings and team building. They're about gaining fresh perspectives - literally and figuratively. This view reminded me why stepping out of our usual environment is so crucial for creativity and innovation. Also look at how tiny the people are!! #Perspectives #Offsites #Timelapse

At Cubby Beds, we're always looking for ways to build a stronger team culture. One of my favorite traditions we've started is our monthly values call-out. Here's how it works: On the last Friday of every month, we gather as a team on Slack. Everyone has the chance to publicly recognize a colleague who's embodied one of our core values. To keep things fair and exciting, we all schedule our posts for noon sharp. When the clock strikes 12:00, there's a burst of positivity as kudos flood in from all directions. It's a simple idea, but the impact has been profound. What I love most about this practice is how it allows me to see the day-to-day interactions I might otherwise miss. I'll learn about how someone in engineering helped out the marketing team, or how our customer service rep went above and beyond for a family. We try to keep it cross-functional, encouraging shout-outs across departments. And when someone does something truly exceptional, you'll often see multiple call-outs for them. This tradition has become a cornerstone of our culture at Cubby Beds. It reinforces our values, boosts morale, and creates a culture of appreciation. Most importantly, it reminds us why we're here and what we stand for.
