Forecasting solar energy generation of a 1.5MWp capacity: Welcome to our project, where we aim to forecast the solar energy generation of a 1.5MWp capacity solar power plant. Solar energy is a renewable and sustainable form of energy that has gained significant attention in recent years due to its environmental benefits. However, the generation of solar energy is influenced by various factors such as weather conditions, time of the year, and geographical location. This makes it challenging to accurately predict the amount of energy a solar power plant can produce. In this project, we will develop a model to forecast the energy generation of a 1.5MWp capacity solar power plant. We will use 4year historical data, to train our model. Our goal is to create a reliable and accurate forecasting model that can help in the efficient management and utilization of solar energy. This project is not only crucial for optimizing the use of renewable energy sources but also for contributing to the global efforts in reducing carbon emissions. By accurately forecasting solar energy generation, we can ensure a stable and continuous power supply, thereby reducing our reliance on fossil fuels. We look forward to embarking on this journey of harnessing the power of the sun more efficiently and sustainably.

“I wish I had gotten a smaller battery for my hybrid solar energy storage system.”...said no one ever! Oversize the batteries for emergency preparedness or whole house on-off grid solar power. When it comes to energy storage and hybrid power systems battery sizing for backup power for residential projects. Considering that the average solar battery is roughly 10-14 kilowatt-hours (kWh) in size: If you want to save the most money possible, you'll need enough battery storage to cover your energy usage when your solar panels aren't producing – somewhere around 2-3 batteries. If you want to keep the power on when the grid is down, you'll usually need a minimum one solar battery. If you want to go off-grid completely, you'll need far more storage capacity 5-10 batteries, along with a backup generator to recharge the batteries when the sun doesn't shine. #energystorage #batteryenergystorage #hybridinverter
