It was invigorating to see leading experts in the field come together to share ideas and present roadmaps that will drive meaningful impact at last month's Reactive Carbon Capture Project Review Meeting hosted by the National Energy Technology Laboratory and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. 🌱 Solidia was highlighted as an example of how the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) supports the development and scale-up of promising decarbonization technologies. The session focused on reactive carbon capture technologies. Speakers from around the country spoke about promising carbon capture technologies that can be viable solutions for hard-to-abate industries. We see these as complementary to Solidia, which reduces CO₂ emissions at the cement kiln and mineralizes waste CO₂ captured by such technologies in concrete made with Solidia Cement® and Solidia SCM™.
