Trainers come in and teach your team ‘how to sell anything’. But, 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 ‘𝐀𝐍𝐘𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆.’ They are selling a very very specific thing. And, while customer mindsets are similar, selling a car requires a completely different mindset from selling a healthy drink. So, this is the homework that a trainer needs to do: 1. Understand the product/ service 2. Understand the value it provides 3. Be able to make a proper profile of the ideal customer 4. Customize the training plan based on all these variables 5.
