Really great interview with Mike Linton on CMO Confidential. We started with a discussion of my CLV course -- how it came to be, why we don't see more courses like it as part of b-school curricula elsewhere, faculty incentives, etc. Thankfully, this course is going to be made available at the University of Maryland come Spring 2025! We also spent a good amount of time talking about how confusion over the relevant CLV and CAC-reltaed terminology has been a stumbling block.
