This is how money moves from point A to point B bypassing banks. This compounds the complexity of the investigation. The US, Canada, and Australia are bleeding billions per year, and the same money is being used to bribe your citizens to act against your own government and citizens. Put a spotlight on this issue so the common man and the cop on the beat can both recognize the crime when they see it in progress. https://lnkd.in/gvPp-rdM

We're going to hit a point where a majority of the country realizes that we are gunning for the 14th (and what will truly happen in the society once the 14th is removed having never been ratified). There will panic from the people involved in the system that is about to be washed away. Personally, i think there should be an economic program put in place to assuage individuals to prevent them from a total rebellion from what we are doing. Meaning, we need to ensure that various groups do not freak out and target/attack us for purely economic reasoning. Once we clean up the currency supply and make it money, there will be a massive surplus available and that surplus should be used to retire our elderly and to allow for the law enforcement transition to take place (all de facto agencies being integrated into the de jure sheriff's office.) No one should feel terrified by our activities. I do not want to create an air of contention with the current system. I want a smooth and unrebellious transition. I think it's for the best yet i am only one vote in a sea of votes. My voice is an attempt for reason in a world of chaos.

The writing is on the wall. Read the article and you'll quickly agree. Credit unions and banks can either self-determine how they will protect their members from losing money to scammers or they will be mandated by law how to deal with this crisis. #creditunions #scamawareness https://lnkd.in/erwwi73R

This morning, listeners of BBC News's Wake Up to Money heard from Tenet’s Rebecca Craig, discussing the new rules on APP fraud, effective today. Rebecca, an experienced litigation lawyer specialising in Authorised Push Payment Fraud, was invited by the BBC to share her insights on how these changes will protect individuals and what they mean for victims moving forward. Under the new regulations, if you’re scammed into transferring money to a fraudster, your bank is now obligated to reimburse you in most cases—up to £85,000 within just 5 days. Rebecca works closely with both fraud victims and banks as well in-house counsel, and financial crime teams, all of whom will be significantly impacted by these changes. 🎧 Listen back here (30 min in): https://lnkd.in/eDZf6MUr 📖 For more, check out Tenet’s latest articles explaining the rules and on anticipating the disputes on the Tenet Fraud Hub https://lnkd.in/eZibPQpN Please do reach out Rebecca if you have any questions around dealing with the latest changes. #FraudPrevention #APPFraud #ConsumerProtection #NewRegulations #Tenet #BBCWakeUpToMoney #RebeccaCraig #FinancialCrime

My incredible colleague Deidre Cartwright gave evidence to the Treasury Committee this week about the importance of victim-survivors’ access to cash for their safety and survival. As digital solutions to banking advance, so do opportunities for perpetrators to exploit and abuse. Monitoring, controlling and denying access to a bank account can prevent a survivor from leaving and accessing safety. This is why access to cash is so important. You can hear more from Deidre in Surviving Economic Abuse (SEA) link below
Thank you HM Treasury committee and Dame Meg Hillier MP for inviting us to give evidence on the importance of both access to and acceptance of cash to ensure the safety and survival of victim-survivors of economic abuse. We hope the committee will support the regulation of cash acceptance and support additional measures to make it easier for survivors to open independent bank accounts and prevent abusers from using accounts to track their locations or spending.

We cannot stand by while our financial institutions sponsor destruction. Banks that finance drug trafficking contribute to a crisis claiming millions of lives, tearing families apart, and devastating communities. Banks that enable terrorism fund acts of unimaginable violence, taking the lives of innocent people worldwide. This is not just negligence—it is complicity. Our banks should protect us, not profit at the expense of human lives. It is time to demand accountability, transparency, and reform. We must ensure that financial institutions are held to the highest ethical standards and that their actions reflect the values of justice and humanity. This is a fight for the future—a fight we cannot afford to lose.
