Diversity and inclusion are essential for the future of tech. I've seen real progress when we create safe spaces for open dialogue, ensuring everyone feels heard and respected. It's also inspiring to see diverse role models in mentorship programs to inspire the team - seeing is believing it can be you too, especially when a lot of the tech industry is remote.
