Want real employee engagement? : Here are 3 simple and effective frameworks and an infrastructure to track progress. I see so many so called “well-being programmes”, that are designed as an employee service. I think this is necessary, but not sufficient. I advocate for Organizational Happiness, Compassion In Action and The Power Of Belonging as a motor for sustainable success. In my experience, it should be addressed as a real strategic priority : How do we care for the well-being of the people that we lead and serve : This is both an obligation and an opportunity for leaders and organizations : making “happier, healtiere employees” a real strategic priority and how that requires focus on real leadership : How we manage and serve the people we lead. To get from strategy to action on Organizational Happiness, Compassion In Action and The Power Of Belonging we need enabeling frameworks that works. As we say on the Organizational Happiness - Walking The Talk Certification Course : “Complexity Is The Enemy Of Execution”. We use 3 frameworks to execute effectively - and cultivate a culture with strategic focus on caring for the well-being of the people we lead and serve.
