Innovation lies at the core of his vision, driving transformative change. The article highlights many other compelling points worth exploring. It's inspiring to see in-house legal leaders spearheading innovation within the legal sector. Repsol made a mark by being the first in-house legal team in Spain and the second in Europe to implement Harvey. The Thomson Reuters 2024 Generative AI in professional services study reveals a rapid shift towards AI adoption in in-house legal departments and law firms. While only 14% currently use Gen-AI, the tides are turning, with more firms increasingly implementing transformative technology, and with more in-house leaders considering plans to implement Gen AI tools. Notably, over 81% of respondents believe Gen-AI can enhance legal work across organizations. However, there are still reservations, with 19% of law firm leaders and 11% of corporate legal departments thinking Gen-AI tools SHOULD NOT be implemented. Embracing change and letting go of outdated practices is crucial for the evolution of the legal sector. Con proyectos como Protea, no solo estamos alcanzando este objetivo, sino que también nos estamos convirtiendo en referentes del sector.
