𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝗺 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘁 𝗩𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗺𝗺𝗲. Raffaele tells us: "I joined the company in the summer of 1997, in the nascent shed that was still under construction, during a period of intense growth. My career began in the #Production Department, following in my father's footsteps and extending my experience to all areas of the division. It has been a path that has given me a deep and broad understanding of our industry and prepared me for my current leadership role in #Marketing, although I still maintain a strong connection to Production". 𝗛𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗽𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽. What a fantastic day we've had with all of our Retail Leadership at Bravissimo BraHQ. Thanks for the session Rachel Greenley and Caroline Bartlett! We discussed Carol Dweck's theory of #GrowthMindset...and the continuum that we're on between Fixed and Growth. The key points we covered were: ✅️❎️ You're not static on the continuum and can move depending on all sorts of circumstances. It's important to acknowledge your feelings and you might need help moving away from being Fixed. 🎁 Feedback and set-backs are gifts! We can always use them to learn and move forwards, even allowing ourselves time to feel all the feels when we first experience them. If we're going to aim high and be brave then things will go wrong. That's a good thing! 💬 Language and positive self-talk is so important.
