No one should be excluded because of their age, gender, ethnicity, or anything else for that matter! This day is a reminder that we all deserve to live free from prejudice and inequality. Let’s celebrate our diverse backgrounds, embrace our differences, and work towards creating a world where inclusion flourishes and discrimination is left behind. The gender transition process can be a long one, with stops and starts along the way. Over the course of that journey, it can help a lot to know you have someone on your side. That's why Premera's single-point-of-contact model helps transgender and non-binary members who are seeking gender-affirming care develop lasting, long-term relationships with clinicians who can support them. #Pride #PrideMonth #Pride2024

On this Zero Discrimination Day, let's take a moment to reflect on the importance of treating every individual with dignity, respect, and equality. Discrimination in any form – whether it's based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic – has no place in our society. It's a reminder that we must stand together to challenge stereotypes, prejudices, and injustices wherever we encounter them. Today serves as a call to action for all of us to promote inclusivity, celebrate diversity, and embrace the uniqueness of every individual. Let's strive to create environments – whether in our workplaces, communities, or personal circles – where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to be their authentic selves. Together, we have the power to make a difference and create a world where discrimination is a thing of the past. Let's commit to standing up against discrimination in all its forms and work towards building a more inclusive and equitable society for all. #ZeroDiscriminationDay #Equality #Inclusion #DiversityAwareness
