🐱Happy Animal Day 🇦🇷! 🐶 We know that the commemorative day is every 4th October. However, in Argentina it is celebrated every 29th April and as animal lovers, we could not let this day pass without paying tribute to them. 💖 So, on this special day, we want to celebrate all the animals that surround us, from our furry pets to the most exotic creatures on the planet. 🐯🦊 Animals are incredible beings that enrich our lives in so many ways. They provide us with love, companionship, emotional support, and even teach us valuable life lessons. 🐾 It is our duty to protect them and ensure their well-being. 💕 What can we do to help animals? 🐾 Adopt a pet from a shelter. 🐾 Donate to organizations that work for animal welfare. 🐾 Volunteer our time at a shelter or rescue center. 🐾 Report animal abuse. 🐾 Choose products that are not tested on animals. 🐾 Educate others about the importance of animal protection. Together we can make the world a better place for all animals. By the way, we would like to introduce you to the four-legged Soul Ocean family 😻💕 . #NationalPetDay #AnimalProtection #AnimalLove #Pets #Biodiversity #Planet

🐾 Paws Up for World Animal Day! 🐾 Today, we join people worldwide in celebrating animals and advocating for their rights and welfare. Since 1925, World Animal Day has raised awareness of the importance of treating all animals—wild, farmed, and domestic—with the care and respect they deserve. 🌍 At Bold by Nature, we ensure traceability and transparency by carefully managing and tracking every ingredient. In the USA, our beef comes from certified humane farms, including those under the Global Animal Partnership (G.A.P.) standards. Additionally, we ethically source our meats in Canada, ensuring animals are treated humanely. 🐮🌿 This day is more than a celebration—it's a call to action. Through awareness and education, we can work together to end animal suffering worldwide. Whether we support animal protection charities, raise awareness, or advocate for better welfare practices, every effort matters. Let’s reflect today on how we can contribute to a world where all animals live the lives they deserve. 💚🐾 #WorldAnimalDay #AnimalWelfare #BoldbyNature #EthicalSourcing #GlobalAnimalPartnership #AnimalRights

Data highlights of this week in animal sheltering. First, Best Friends Animal Society released their 2023 annual report, which contains some really interesting insights. It's a rich report and well-worth reading: https://lnkd.in/gptWs7aZ Second, Shelter Animals Count showed despite popular beliefs, July 5 is NOT the highest intake day of the year, it's the third. Any guesses as to the busiest intake day for US shelters?

World Animal Day is an International Day of Action for animal rights and welfare celebrated annually on October 4, the feast day of Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals. World Animal Day unites the animal welfare movement, mobilizing it into a global force to make the world a better place for all animals. What can you do? Refuse single-use plastics, participate in cleanups, make space for animals, plant habitat in your yard and neighborhood, and give animals a brake as they cross the roads that cross their homes. E.g. Florida panthers are endangered and are protected under the Endangered Species. There are only 120–230 adult Florida panthers in the wild. They occupy only 5% of their historic range. Major threats to Florida panthers include habitat loss and collisions with vehicles. #WetTribe #TidetotheOcean #WorldAnimalDay #Habitat #Pollution

Why Should We Care About Animals? Have you ever seen a stray dog looking for food or a bird struggling to find water in any season? Many people ignore them, thinking, “It’s just an animal.” But their lives matter too. Here’s why we should care about animals: 🤝 They Need Us: Stray animals often depend on humans for food, water, and shelter, especially during extreme weather—be it hot summers, cold winters, or rainy days. Small acts of kindness can save their lives. 🪞 It Shows Who We Are: How we treat animals reflects our kindness and care. Helping them makes the world a better, more loving place. 💡 They Teach Us Lessons: Animals show us love, patience, and how to live peacefully. They remind us to care for all living beings. Even small actions can make a big difference. Feed a stray, keep water outside for birds, or support animal welfare. Together, we can create a kinder world for everyone. Will you take a step to help them today? 🐾 #ngo #animals #aranyamitr

Indeed, acts of kindness, compassion, and solidarity continue to demonstrate that humanity is still very much alive. From charitable endeavors and volunteerism to everyday acts of empathy and support, individuals around the world consistently illustrate the enduring capacity for goodwill and mutual aid. The relationship between humanity and animals encompasses a spectrum of interactions, encompassing companionship, stewardship, conservation, and ethical treatment. While many people demonstrate empathy and care towards animals, it's important to acknowledge and address existing issues such as animal cruelty, habitat destruction, and the need for responsible and sustainable practices in animal-related industries. By promoting awareness, advocating for animal welfare, and supporting conservation efforts, individuals and organizations can contribute to building a more compassionate and harmonious coexistence between humanity and the animal kingdom
