Now that the initial SHOCK hitting the big 3-0 has worn off, my heart swells with gratitude for everyone that has helped me along the way. From my early days in HR, figuring things out as I went, to now, I’ve learned so much. Here are a few thoughts I’d like to share: ✔ Gratitude for The Growth: A sincere shout-out to Shannon Wenninger and Lee Wenninger 🙏. Thank you for making me apart of the Express Employment - Hamilton County / Specialized Recruiting Group team. Thank you for creating an environment where I could learn, stumble, and rise stronger. 💪 When doubt crept in, they believed in my potential. Their confidence fueled my determination. Thank you for seeing what I sometimes couldn’t see in myself. Their guidance wasn’t just about work—it extended to life lessons. I’ve learned resilience, empathy, and leadership from their example and teachings (even when I didn’t want to). Thank you for being more than our bosses, but our mentors. 🤝 ✔ My Passion for Staffing: Working in Staffing, I’ve connected countless unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled workers with their dream jobs. AMAZON , Don’t destroy AMAZON Our forests are disappearing at an alarming rate. Over the past few decades, we've witnessed the devastating impact of deforestation, with millions of acres of lush, vibrant ecosystems being cleared for various purposes. This alarming trend not only destroys the natural habitats of countless species but also contributes to climate change, soil erosion, and the disruption of vital water cycles. It's time we take action to protect and restore our precious forests and oceans and finally Earth before it's too late. NATO or other Organizations are also responsible for protecting our forests and oceans and all humanity with peace . They should respect to all thoughts without considering racism and finally developing to keep our planet Earth . We have no other place to live as alternative except Earth . Let’s young leaders control future of our planet. NATO and Organization are responsible to bring peace not to manufacturing war guns and tools . We are all in one ship . Please don’t make hole our ship .

Being mindful of your presence may look like taking an extra moment to breathe. It may look like letting go of the other cares of the day and quieting yourself. MY RESPONSE It is insightful because I 've learnt much from watching the video. Although it partly validates my believes and can be situated within what I've passionately advocated. We as leaders(right from; very senior public officers in government, CEOs, top & middle managements in the most powerful nations; US, UK, EU, CHINA, JAPAN, RUSSIA, CANADA AUSTRALIA, GERMANY etc to the factory supervisors in hapless societies of Africa & Global south)should endeavour to reflect deeply & apply lessons learnt here. For me, it's about the best lesson & biggest solution for a better & more inclusive world. In fact this supports my beliefs & tend to align with what I've been advocating under three slogans: "Economics of inclusion*" "Collective voicing" & "Good governance". CHRISTIAN VERSIONS OF MY CRUSADE. As a Christian I've moved outside of preaching the Bible & Christ the popular ways, no longer as effective. My approach is embodied in my unique advocacies. This includes a 2⃣ part approach to reaching receptive ecosystems & neighbourhoods; Part A:- Film evangelism at street ends. At 'mini crusade', I briefly Xray godly virtues in line with christ teachings consistent with the particular film I'm inspired to show(The passion of the Christ, Jonah to Nineveh, Noah's ark, Moses, Rapture, 2nd coming of Christ, Mark of the Beast, The great tribulations, After Armageddon or even videos like this one). We've the equipments plus a Sienna bus (although I wished for rugged Toyota Tacoma). We depend entirely on own means & unsolicited supports. Light refreshments often served & No call for monies at sermon venues. Part B:- At Church auditoriums we do meeting programs like "Fighting Financial Crisis as Christians". A message targeted at uniting Christian families especially homes where the bread winning has shifted from an erstwhile hardworking husband & father to an erstwhile housewife now presented with better work opportunity as new or superior breadwinner.The program have 'family role plays'. It is crafted to reconcile the notion by some who wrongly interpret the Bible to see the Man forced into redundancy on account of age or policy as being "worst than an infidel" unable to provide for the family. Yes, the Bible gave support roles to women, but there's NO limit to that support. --- *The slogan "Economics of Inclusion". elicits that nations of the world should position for economy that works for everyone || economy where every person (men, women & ethnic minorities) have equal privilege to succeed in all national life opportunities including access to basic health services, quality education & political participation. The disabled are in most societies socially & financially excluded. They are sidelined as Minorities. They need our care, attention & deserve to be integrated & given some sense of belonging. Just as this video demands.
