Sadly the Daily Deluge newspaper is due to close! It is closing after countless complaints that all it does is clog everyone up with info etc - that is of no use to them. It will be replaced by the new & refereshing .. Daily Refuge - as respite to the constant content onslaught most of us experience - incessantly. NOW .. is your marketing/comms part of D.Deluge or the calm Daily Refuge? The days of bombarding your contacts - in the name of good free stuff ..are OVER. Mass over information ..today is THE Problem, As people see no value in it [anymore] The REFUGE ... are now what people REALLY want, which is: INDIVIDUALISED CONVERSATIONS -which by definition are interactive. Are you in conversation with your contacts or still just part of Daily Deluge? Marketing as most of us knew it is over .. it's just a conversation. Has this penny dropped yet .. or are staying in Dinosaur deluge territory .. your choice. In a search for peace, it is vital to consider earnestly every aspect with time. Ecclesiastical 3:1 "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:" Many a times, we look ahead with worry, having planned to design a clear path for ourselves, but due to circumstances with in our lives- the progress in our planning is not evident. There is a season of; "open to work", "unfortunately...", "C required", and many more. These seasons often times leave us with deteriorating energy, ambition and character. Nevertheless, it is vital to remember that there is also a time to every purpose under heaven. Let these be a season of refinement for "there is a time appointed to every man". Keep doing all that is meet and best, keep polishing yourself to a fine diamond that sparkles , diverging rays of light that beam upon opportunities. Say every morning, it is a good day to be alive, and each night be grateful that you have a chance to try again on the morrow. At work, at home or at school. Choose to be refined by your trials into that sparkly diamond. Keep the Eyes on the Prize.
