Three down, three to go! We’re halfway through the biggest consecutive stretch of light rail expansion in Sound Transit history. Here's what we've accomplished so far: ✅ Fall 2023: Tacoma’s T Line doubled ✅ Spring 2024: The 2 Line opened on the Eastside ✅ Fall 2024: Lynnwood Link Extension connected the 1 Line to Snohomish County What’s next? Over the next two years, we’ll open three more extensions—plus a new station in North Seattle! Get the latest updates on these projects and timelines on The Platform blog: https://ow.ly/jUTH50Usawp
I have one question, WHO is paying for the remote of the Link Light Rail that goes over the I-90 bridge section, since the issue was caused by a contractor USING the Wrong Cement Mix for supporting the track rails ??????

Not one of these projects was delivered on time.
Federal Way's repairs mean if we have a mild winter, Sound Transit might be able to do track testing by April and validate by the 4th of July. September 2025 is optimistic but doable.
Can’t wait for the light rail to connect Bellevue and Seattle!
What an amazing project.
A waste of money
Congrats!
