☕️ Don’t spill this tea! We have officially entered the cozy season (regardless of what the temperature outside is)! Add @southernskybrandsofficial distillate syringes to 💨infuse your cozy hot beverages! Ready to consume, the decarboxylation step has already been activated, drip it right into your mug. 💨 Infuse your own Tea! Simply calculate your desired dosage using the markings on the syringe and the Tee HCee percentage on the packaging. For a 60% syringe, then 0.1mL would be equal to 60mg. Start by measuring the desired dosage. Combine the measured distillate with 1-2 tbsp of desired oil. Mixing distillate with oil helps to properly disperse the c🥦nn🥦binoids evenly throughout the tea. We recommend coconut oil or butter as an option, however use any oil of your personal preference. This step is best performed by heating the oil first, then adding the distillate. This helps to melt the distillate into the oil. Mix until well combined. This infused oil is ready to be added to your favorite tea! (Best enjoyed warm). ⚠️ As with all medications, keep away from children and pets. . . . . . #infusedbeverages #healing

Best Chocolate Fudge Frosting Ingredients :- ½ cup butter (softened) ¼ cup cocoa powder 1 cup icing sugar 1 tsp vanilla ½ cup chocolate (melted) ½ cup cream (warm) Instructions :- In a bowl add in butter and sift in icing sugar and cocoa powder. Whip this mixture using a hand whisk or an electric mixer at high speed till you get a fluffy and light mixture. Add in vanilla and beat it in as well. Once all of this is combined, warm your cream and mix that in as well. Next, melt your chocolate and let it cool down slightly before you add it into the frosting mixture. Once cooled down, just combine everything using your whisk. Give it a good mix and you will see your frosting be thick but slightly liquidy. Refrigerate the frosting for 30-40 minutes. Use it as desired. Follow- https://lnkd.in/gvXDrgqA

Does drinking tea make you feel bloated? It’s not the fault of the tea But what you add to it Your tea consists of Milk 🥛 Sweeteners 🍙 Tea leaves, of course 🍃 When we boil tea with milk it may cause acidity which gets worse for those who are lactose intolerant The other culprit is the sweetener we add What to do instead? 🍃 Reduce the amount of milk (2 spoons to a cup is generally enough) 🍃 Use Good Quality Tea (Remember the biggest brands might not give the best teas) 🍃 Reduce the sugar 🍃 Brew your tea. Don’t boil it! (Bring water to a boil, turn off the heat, add tea leaves and cover the pan with a lid for about 2-3 minutes) 🍃 If nothing helps, try having black tea with a squeeze of lemon I would love to know your tea experiences. Taking a break from alcohol doesn't mean missing out on fun drinks. Try this refreshing Citrus Mint Sparkler: • Muddle fresh mint leaves • Add fresh-squeezed orange juice • Top with sparkling water • Garnish with a citrus slice and mint sprig Smart Tip: When choosing non-alcoholic alternatives, be mindful of added sugars. Many premade mocktails can surprise you with unexpected calories. #DryJanuary

There’s nothing better than a refreshing beverage on a hot summer day. Make a batch of this fresh strawberry limeade to quench your thirst! Cheers! **Ingredients** • 1 cup granulated sugar • 6 cups water divided • 1 quart fresh strawberries hulled • 1 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice (about 8 limes) **Directions** In a saucepan over medium heat, add 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water. Stir until sugar is dissolved (about 2-3 minutes). Remove from the heat and allow to cool. This is your simple syrup. In a blender, add your hulled strawberries and 1 cup of water. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour the strawberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any seeds and lumps (optional). In a pitcher, combine the strawberry mixture, simple syrup, lime juice, and the remaining 4 cups of water. Stir until incorporated. Refrigerate until cold. Serve over ice, and enjoy! **PRO TIP** Adjust your sweetness! 3/4 cup sugar + water = lightly sweet, tart. 1 1/2 cups of sugar + water = very sweet.
