At CWTS, we are encouraging RTO's to Prepare Early for the transition to the new standards. It actually looks like ASQA is doing the same. The 2025 Annual Declaration on Compliance (ADC) will open on 3 March 2025 and close on 31 March 2025. The ADC is a regulatory requirement and underpins a fundamental obligation for RTOs to self-assess their operations and self-assure their compliance with the standards.   This year, ASQA is urging all RTOs to align their ADC self-assessment with the revised Standards which come into effect on 1 July 2025.
