So many people have asked for the recipe...but here's the beauty...you don't even need a recipe! It's four simple ingredients and takes only 5 minutes to whip up. Ingredients Condiments • 1 tbsp Fig spread • 2 tbsp Honey Nuts & Seeds • 1/4 cup Pistachios, roasted Bread & Baked Goods • 1 Crackers or bread Dairy • 1 Goat cheese log (approx. 11 oz.), medium fresh Instructions - On a small plate, spread out the chopped pistachios, Roll goat cheese on the pistachios to coat top and sides. Transfer to a serving tray. - Drizzle honey over cheese log - In a microwave safe dish, add the fig spread (or Fig Jam), heat in microwave for 10 seconds. Drizzle over cheese log. Serve with crackers or bread.

INSANE POT ROAST RECIPE INBOUND: Ingredients ⚫️ 1 (3-4 pounds) chuck roast ⚫️ 1 packet ranch dressing mix ⚫️ 1 packet au jus gravy mix ⚫️ Garlic ⚫️ Mushrooms / Sweet onion / carrots (insert veggies you like) ⚫️ 1 stick of butter ⚫️ 4-5 pepperoncini peppers and pour a tiny bit of pepperoncini juice Instructions ₁ Place roast in the slow cooker and cut garlic cloves in thirds, cut into meat. 🔥 This means, using a long thinner knife stab into the roast, and push each third of garlic about halfway into the roast. ₂ Sprinkle the top with the ranch dressing mix and the au jus mix. ₃ Place peppers and veggies on top of the mixes, and add the butter. ₄ Cook over low heat for 8 hours. Serve with noodles, rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy! Notes ✅ Do not add any water or broth to this! It will make enough liquid as it cooks ✅ Low setting on Crock Pot ✅ If using noodles, udon is AMAZING (drop in about an hour before finishing)

I just prepared a stew of hamburger, potatoes, carrots, green beans, onions, and a can of unsalted diced tomatoes. I cut the veggies into really tiny pieces so I won’t have to chew much. I even broke the hamburger into tiny bites and fried it in a little olive oil. It will simmer for 30-45 minutes in a covered skillet and then I can just add salt to taste. I’m hoping I won’t have to chew it much. I’ve had about all the yogurt and oatmeal I want for suppers. Time to branch out and see where it takes me. I love fresh veggies. I also make a similar concoction out of one can of black beans, one can of unsalted diced tomatoes and one large hamburger patty broken up small. This also requires salt to taste after it’s done, but it also takes only 30-45 minutes to simmer. I can get 2-3 meals from each of these recipes. Of course, I don’t eat much. Except for all the vegetable chopping, these meals are easy to prepare. When you’re old, that can be the most important part. #blooming

What I love about this #ButternutSquashSoup recipe is how simple it is and how many compliments it receives. It’s rich and delicious with hints of sweet and spicy. Easily make this soup vegetarian by using vegetable stock instead of chicken stock. To make four servings, you’ll need: - 2 tbsp butter - 1 small chopped onion - 1 medium chopped carrot - 2 medium cubed potatoes - 1 medium butternut squash (peeled, seeded, and cubed) - 32oz chicken stock (approximately) - Caravel Gourmet 5 Pepper Sea Salt - Optional dash of cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and sour cream as garnish Start by melting the butter in a large pot. Add the onion, carrot, potatoes, and squash for about five minutes until the ingredients are lightly browned. Pour in vegetable stock until the vegetables are covered and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the vegetables are tender, usually about 40 minutes. Using an immersion blender, blend until smooth. Add chicken stock until the soup reaches an ideal consistency. Season with salt and 5 Pepper Sea Salt to taste. If desired, garnish the soup with cinnamon and nutmeg for a touch of warmth and a dollop of sour cream for creaminess. #CaravelGourmet #FlavoredSeaSalt

Simple High-Protein Chana Chaat Recipe Ingredients: 1 cup kala chana (black chickpeas), soaked and boiled 1 cup yogurt 1 spoon green chutney 1 spoon coriander chutney 1 spoon tamarind chutney 1 onion, finely chopped 1 tomato, finely chopped Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish) Instructions: 1. Prepare the Kala Chana-Ensure the kala chana is soaked overnight and boiled until soft. 2. Mix Ingredients-In a large bowl, combine the boiled kala chana, yogurt, green chutney, coriander chutney, tamarind chutney, chopped onions, and chopped tomatoes. 3. Sundried Tomato Hummus 5 min | 2 cups | 0.47 CA/0.40 US per serving 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) chickpeas, drained and rinsed ⅓ cup sundried tomatoes packed in oil, drained 3 tbsp each olive oil 3 tbsp Epicure Sun-Kissed Tomato Dip Mix or Epicure Bruschetta Seasoning 2 tbsp each lemon juice, tahini, and water In food processor, add chickpeas, tomatoes, olive oil, dip mix, lemon juice, tahini, and water. Blend on high until smooth, about 1–2 min, scraping down the sides as necessary. 1. If you have time, let stand 10 min before serving. This allows time for the mix to hydrate and for the flavours to blend. 2. Serve with pita wedges or sliced veggies, or spread on sandwiches and tortillas. 3. Recipe Tip: Swap olive oil for reserved chickpea liquid (aka “aquafaba”) if you fancy a lighter tasting hummus.
