If there are never enough meeting rooms in your building, creating defined gathering zones with meeting pods could be the solution. You can put them anywhere and we can make them in any size and configuration to suit your space plus we can tweak the design so it perfectly suits what you want to use it for. This fabric-lined meeting booth - called Groupo, is a real 'heads together space, more intimate and more fun than a meeting room, with acoustic properties that mean you can huddle without disturbing other people too much. As with all Spaceoasis products this is modular so you can make it any size you like, specify any colour, any fabric, change the shape of the table and its work surface. You could also make the internal screens writable (although you'd lose some of the acoustic properties.) And of course it's demountable so you can take it apart and reassemble it if you move offices or want to relocate your pod. This week at i.d.ah. ➡️ Project Spotlight | ESO | Corporate | 12,500 sq.ft. This week, it's all about the spaces designed to support the work being done by this organization! 'Going from a local team to international presence came with a growing need to virtually connect office locations across North America and Europe in different time zones. Unique department functions meant creating meeting spaces to accommodate a variety of needs and settings. Distributed across the floor plate, rooms are thoughtfully designed to include intuitive technology, writable surfaces visible to in-person and virtual attendants, and audio visual elements resulting in an equal experience for all. Here, the meeting table is positioned with it's long side facing the dual screens and camera evenly reflecting all attendants in the room without the need to lean in or move back for visibility. Furniture is selected to provide options – sit at the table and you're most likely leading the meeting, sharing material, and actively participating in the discussion. Sit at the high tops located at either sides of the room and you're most likely the observer, the listener, and perhaps only required for a part of the meeting making it easy to leave the space with minimal disturbance.' If you’re struggling with noise in your workspace you’re not alone! We’re installing a lot of acoustic meeting pods like this one with upholstered seating and acoustic pads to absorb sound. Meeting pods create a great spot to meet colleagues and make the most of face-to-face time without disturbing everyone else (video calls in particular are super-distracting).
