I shared in my comments how I go about optimizing my time and how I manage my time. Check it out! If you are finding that time just slips away, I have a tried and true approach to accounting for, and prioritizing how I spend my time. Let me help you with actionable steps with a FREE 30 minute zoom session: 👇 https://lnkd.in/exywSPi4 #timemanagement #priorization #organization #proactiveplanning
How do you prep for the week? I notice a significant difference in my performance for the week based on whether and how I prepare. No preparation = unfocused, less productive. Strong preparation = focused and more effective. I like to take an hour and go over my schedule for the week, align myself to the goals/rocks for the quarter, and clean up my inbox for a few minutes, so it is ready for Monday morning. How do you get ready for Monday? #preparation #focus #productivity

🌞 Happy Monday, LinkedIn family! Here’s a slice of #MondayMotivation to kickstart your week: Start it with a solid plan in your pocket! But don't just keep it to yourself. Share your plan with a teammate or a colleague. Why? Two reasons: Accountability - Sharing your goals makes you more likely to stick to them. Knowing that someone else is in the loop creates an added layer of commitment to follow through. Reliability - It’s a powerful way to show your colleagues that you’re on top of your game. Not only does planning demonstrate your initiative, but sharing those plans signals that you’re a dependable team player. This simple practice can transform how you approach your week, fueling not just your productivity but strengthening team bonds as well. Who will you share your plan with this week? Let’s make accountability our superpower. 💪 #GoalSetting #Teamwork #ProfessionalGrowth #RealREPP
