While researching the historical context of construction scheduling for a technical report, I encountered the 1440 Project Control System (PCS) User's Manual from 1966. Notably, the PCS supported the use of lag factors expressed as percentages, days, and quantities, a feature that nowadays is only supported by Plexos Project PPM. For a detailed comparison, I recommend reviewing section PRECEDENCE NETWORK on page 36 third paragraph, and the graph on page 37 of the manual, with the same graph notation as Plexos for the "Expanded Graph".
