📢 We're Hiring! 📢 Job Title: Director, People Services (Human Resources Director) Location: Missoula, MT Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 Employment Type: Direct-Hire, Full-Time – Day shift with evenings and weekends as needed Job Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced hospital director of Human Resources of People Services to join our client’s team in Missoula, MT. Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role involves collaborating closely with department directors, managers, and supervisors to provide administrative oversight and leadership across all departments in the organization. The Director will oversee the People Services function managing areas such as Compensation, Benefits Administration, Education, Employment Services, HRIS, and Labor Relations. As an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the Director will also participate in the rotation as Administrator on Call (AOC). Must-Haves: Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field. Experience: 10+ years of human resources experience in a leadership role. Union Experience: Proven experience working with unionized environments is required. Nice-To-Haves: Certifications: SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred. Industry Experience: Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment. Education: Master’s degree preferred.
