It felt great to be on stage, but I hadn’t done it for a while. So here are my key takeaways that you can use ✅ Your Vibes Matter So Much You are the energy you bring to the stage. If your day has been stressful, set aside 60 minutes to focus: breathe, exercise, and practice vocal warm-ups ✅ Connect with the Audience Before You Start  You might prepare a keynote and then walk into a room with only one listener. Adapt—set aside the keynote and make it a dialogue ✅ Improvisation Does not Exist At All You need to be confident with your material. Have your phrases organized in your mind, and remember the storyline EMERGE was a lot of fun, and I was grateful to share the stage with so many inspirational speakers. 🚀 Day 3 and sadly the last day of IMEX. And what a ride it has been! We have been so proud to be a part of the 🤝 Meetings & Events Support Association (MESA) stand together with all our inspiring tech friends and partners. Today we get an exclusive transmission directly from on-site: hosted on the platform of our trusted partner, meta-fusion GmbH Watch here: https://lnkd.in/dFejPaVD Our CEO and Founder, Jelmer van Ast talks about three features of our platform, Floq, that we hold incredible pride in. 📊 Interactive sessions The key to creating an effective presentation session is making it interactive. Our live polling and Q&A ensure two-way interaction between the audience and the speakers. The audience can participate on-site through the mobile app, answering poll questions or asking the questions themselves. Discussions is the key to making progress 🤝 🕹 Interactive posters We have created a ‘space’ within our platform that allows speakers to bring their posters to life, by including engaging audio and video content, links to external sites and much more. This is done through our integration with another trusted partner, Kubify. Lastly, through video introductions and audio descriptions in the platform, the speaker can ensure that the poster will be the starting point of lasting discussion that goes beyond the conference itself. 🎙️ Live Transcription & Translation Accessibility is key. With live transcription and translation, any sessions can become inclusive to all, breaking down barriers for those with hearing impairments or language differences. It has been three days of fascinating discussions about event innovation and the way we can use technology to unlock greatness.
