With so many posts like these, Organizations really need to redefine their image now let alone their strategies! Lay Offs are a direct result of improper planning and haphazard talent pool mapping. Some organizations don’t even have a talent pool. One of the best use cases of AI, I have been an advocate of, is predicting organization’s need of resources and reshuffling its workforce. One fine day, the strategies fail and the workforce takes the beating. These are the same people you want building a career plan, going extra mile and what not.
