Consumers are demanding richer experiences in their drinking occasions. Beer and wine won’t cut it anymore- preferences have elevated. 2. On-trade venues focusing more on cocktails to keep up with this demand. And with skilled staff becoming hard to retain, businesses need something to plug the gaps. 3.
