With the RCMP announcing a provincial record this past year during a contraband tobacco seizure, it’s more important than ever to commit to stopping illicit trade. This is why RBH has an Illicit Trade Prevention Division, headed by Danny Fournier that is committed to increasing awareness of illicit trade and its impact, cultivating valuable partnerships and ultimately working to dismantle the illegal industry. Danny Fournier spent more than 25 years in law enforcement specializing in organized crime investigations with the Quebec Provincial Police, where he oversaw drug and contraband tobacco enforcement operations. He joined RBH to train and educate officials on the dangers of contraband tobacco.
