Cycling: As we all think Cycling is not an easy exercise especially when you are doing mountain biking and road biking and stuffs.In Cycling first thing you need to look for is the seat height.If your seat height is correct it is going to have an Impact in Lower Back,Upper Back,Neck and the Hips as well.Especially when people are into Long distance cycling your seat needs to be at a level where you are not bending to the sides when you are pedaling.For Ex;This picture shown is wrong and has an impact in your posture as well.Which will lead to over straining the muscles in Lower Back and would affect the way you sit in the cycle as well.And you need Better development Leg muscles to last longer in Cycling.So you need to be strengthening in the Legs as well as the Back as well. #cycleright #musclememory #painmanagement #injuryprevention
