Lots of countries in Europe, mostly in the West and North, are turning into these awesome tech spots. Corporates and startups are really making things happen and creating a buzzing tech scene. Pretty cool to see, right? But it also comes with a side effect for businesses — rising demand for skilled talents. Here's some proof to back that up. The Korn Ferry Institute did a study that predicted: 🔸 Shortage of 14.3 million tech workers by 2030 🔸 Over €1 trillion lost because of not having enough IT experts.
