2025 marks 70 years of operation of Meinhardt. Over this period, many businesses have come and gone. What does it take for a business to endure and what does it mean for staff and clients? You don’t last 70 years without the ability to adapt, reinvent and innovate. These terms are overused by many. However, to endure 70 years they must be deeply embedded into the psyche of the business. They must be more than a tagline. They must be part of your business model and your operational DNA. 70 years of operation also means reliability. It means that the organisation is a solid business partner who can be relied upon to deliver. Bill Meinhardt started the business in Melbourne in 1955. He was an entrepreneur. He had a vision of an Australian based business, that had a spirit of innovation, to operate on a global canvass. Seventy years later the business has 63 offices across South America, the US, UK and Europe, the Middle East, Asia and, of course, Australia and New Zealand. As we commence 2025, we look forward to paying tribute to the legacy of Bill Meinhardt and all those who have gone before us; without whom we would not be here today.
