Recently led a discussion with our Front Office leadership team on the essentials of creating strategic management plans with a special focus on entering into new leadership roles. With this discussion came some shared experiences of how hard it can be to step into a new role, especially in the healthcare space. It was a thought-provoking conversation and one that you can learn about in the article below.
