The past two days have truly been life-giving. I always learn so much from the Women In Product conference, but this year they took it to a whole new level. Here are my top highlights: 1️⃣ The WIP Moms Community group: Now that I'm almost a year into being a mom, getting to connect with other PMs that also mom hard was so exciting. Loved making connections with my peers in the same stage of life as me. 2️⃣ The conversation led by Ana Grace and Meghna Shah around Navigating the Shift: From Digital Transformation to Product-Led Futures. So many inspiring moments that I really connected with. 3️⃣ Hearing from Netflix's dynamic duo featured below - Eunice Kim and Elizabeth Stone. It was amazing to see how aligned they are as CPO and CTO, and how that alignment really drives the culture beneath them. It was like listening to a conversation with old friends. Deborah Liu did such an amazing job moderating, the questions were top notch! 4️⃣ It's no secret that I've been a long time fan girl of Teresa Torres, and her keynote only furthered my enthusiasm for what she teaches. My fave quote from the session- "Companies are just collections of people- some number of people need to start to adopt the habits. It really can start with you." 5️⃣ The single best workshop I have EVER taken in my career was led by Irene Yu around Mastering Technical Literacy. I literally cannot stop talking about how helpful this was, and I can't wait to dig into more content that Skiplevel offers! Grateful for all the connections I made, content I absorbed and discussions I got to take part in. I love what I do, and organizations like WIP continue to drive my passion around this ever changing industry! #24WIP #womeninproduct #productmanagement
What an inspiring and fabulous way to end the day with Eunice Kim and Elizabeth Stone moderated by Deb Liu!
