Businesses are seeing $3.70 in return for every $1 invested in GenAI, with AI leaders achieving nearly 10x that, according to IDC new research. This data is definitely in line with the AI ambitions we’re seeing with our customers – for example, 70% of the Fortune 500 are now using Microsoft 365 Copilot to augment their employees. This week, I can very much feel the excitement at Microsoft Ignite – our biggest customer and partner event of the year. Customers are accelerating AI deployment to optimize every part of their operations and build their own capacity for innovation. We’re announcing 80+ new products and features, including new capabilities in Microsoft 365 Copilot, additions to the Copilot + AI stack and new Copilot+ devices offerings.
