One of the worst companies I have seen in my life. Worst at handling employees who want to get out of it. Please don't apply if you want a healthy work-life balance. The worst part is that people in management act immaturely towards employees. No matter how long you serve them, they won't show you minimum respect when you want to leave them. They will act on their own grudges, which is pitiful and shameful for such a self-proclaimed MNC. How do they typically go? - Introduction (5-10 minutes): Begin by introducing ourselves, talking a little about the company, the project, and the position itself. - Technical Questions (20-30 minutes): We dive into .NET and C# questions, starting from the basics and moving into more advanced topics like garbage collection, asynchronous programming, and design patterns. The questions are tailored to each candidate’s experience. - Practice (30-40 minutes): This is where the candidate solves a small problem or parses code that has already been written. It’s all about seeing how a candidate approaches problems and writes code. - Candidate’s Questions (20-30 minutes): At the end, we always give the opportunity to ask questions — about the project, the team, the processes. This gives both sides a better understanding of how well they might work together. ✅ What are the most common mistakes that lead candidates to fail? - Shallow Knowledge: Candidates often know terms but can’t explain how things work in practice. For example, what SOLID is or how asynchrony works in .NET. - Struggles with Architecture & Patterns: Some know the theory about patterns but cannot explain how to apply them to a real task. - Difficulties with explaining solutions: It is important not only to solve the problem, but also to be able to tell why it is the way it is. Remember, it’s a conversation, not a test. Staying calm and composed goes a long way. ✅ What three topics should candidates feel most confident in? - C# and .NET Core: A solid knowledge of the language and platform is a must. Candidates need to understand basic C# features (e.g. LINQ, async/await) and .NET internals such as garbage collection and memory handling. - Design Patterns & Architecture: Be comfortable with demonstrating your ability to apply patterns like MVC, Singleton, and Factory to real-world projects. - Testing & Debugging: Unit testing, TDD, and effective debugging are crucial skills.
