Love this --- I think it's become more and more common that people feel the need to create alignment between personal values and job fulfillment.

This advice is so practical. It's not always possible (for everyone) to live your values or pursue your purpose at your workplace. And it becomes all the more important to achieve that outside of work. 🎉
