Geidea management having a serious issue with the way they are dealing. is it possible to find more than 30-40 emails without single reply!!!!! is it possible to get informed that your funds are lost????!!! is it possible to hear Geidea employee throwing blame on Magnati and the vice versa!!!!! is that what we call it management!!! i cannot find someone to answer my emails, calls, they caused 100k loss for my company. holding my funds for more than a month without specific reason!!! is it legally to terminate a merchant without further notice and keeping funds since 02 Feb 2024 till date!!!!!!!!!! while you heard before that funds are lost. managers responsible for management, ignore emails might let someone like me to fed up searching for the truth and here i am sending to you, how you imagine such a management, it means i reach to highest depression, finding the truth. i hope to see a serious action from you. i have all my proof ready in case god bless me and you answer!

Chapter 2 Understanding human failure Chapter 3 Designing for people Chapter 4 Managing the influences on human performance Chapter 5 Getting started Chapter 6 Case studies: Solutions to human factors problems *Active errors :An active human error is an intended or unintended action that has an immediate negative consequence for the system. *Human error probability : The probability that an error will occur during the performance of a particular job or task within a defined time period. *Human reliability: The probability that a task will be successfully completed within a required minimum time. *Human-machine: interface The boundary across which information is transmitted between the process and the worker, eg analog displays, VDUs. *Latent errors :An erroneous action or decision where the negative consequences are apparent only after a period of time and when combined with other conditions or events. *Mistakes Errors : arising from a correct intention that led to incorrect action(s). These errors may arise from lack of knowledge or incorrect diagnosis. * Performance shaping factors (or performance influencing factors) Factors that influence the effectiveness of human performance and the likelihood of errors. Examples include design of displays and controls, training, fatigue, environmental and job design factors. * Root cause: The most basic cause of an incident or accident that can reasonably be identified and that managers have the control to fix. *Slips Errors : in which the intention is correct but failure occurs when carrying out the action required.
