Nobody thinks this way, but really, let's agree that having a child can show how you will perform as a leader and provide a foundation to significantly improve your soft skills that can be transferable to your workplace. What is your leadership method? - Soft parenting - Harsh parenting - Micromanagement and overprotection Can you negotiate with the team? - "Look, it's not a spoon, but a plane. Let's eat it." - "If you do it, I will give you candy." - "No cleaning, no cartoons." - "I said you must do it." - If you eat this porridge, you will beat Maggie in skipping rope." Can you be persistent and achieve your goal? - "Please put on your shoes; we need to go." - "Please put on your shoes; we need to go" x 2 - "Please put on your shoes; we need to go" x 3 - "Please put on your shoes; we need to go" x 4 Can you actively listen to what other people tell you? - Children's monologues are often not connected. - Are you ready to have compassion for Pikachu, who lost his battle? - Can you dig and find the actual reason why your child doesn't want to go to school today? Follow your vision to stay on long-term goals, even with short-term challenges: - "You haven't given me the 10th candy, so you are the worst dad in the world." - "I want to watch TV all day." - "Buy this toy, and this, and that one." What else do you think? P.S. Happy International Women's Day! P.S.S. And Happy Friday too! #leadership #leadershipdevelopment #professionalgrowth #humor #children #parenting #parents #lol #friday #interesting
