I am not comfortable talking with you. As a consultant it is important to understand the significance of rapport in the coaching relationship. It's the foundation for trust, open communication, and ultimately, a coachee's success in achieving their goals Here's how I built it, => Listen actively: Don't listen to respond, but to understand => Be empathetic: Oit yourself in their shoes and acknowledge their feelings => Reciprocate energy: Genuinely respect and appreciate them. => Powerful Questions: Open-ended questions encourage them to elaborate and share their perspectives.
