Let me tell you about my client. They were a financially successful business but the owner was tearing their hair out. They couldn't take time off and relax. They had office staff that kept starting and leaving, taking how they'd done things with them. Everything was scattered between different folders, different spreadsheets and they weren't even sure if things were still relevant. All of this added extra pressure to their week. And so they brought me in. I streamlined the multitude of folders and files into one central system. They knew when things were last updated and when they needed a refresh.
