This is a really well thought out post and is a reminder that AI is a tool to aid businesses, and as with any tool, needs to be checked regularly to ensure that it is still working as intended.
Great article. As long as it is adopted correctly AI can be a great tool to aid the recruitment process. But as you’ve outlined, it should be used with caution!!
Thought provoking. AI certainly has its place but, as Henry states, "AI should complement - not replace - human decision-making".
