In light of (#DOGE), the 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆'𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀, spearheaded by leaders 𝗘𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗸 and 𝗩𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗸 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘄𝗮𝗺𝘆, we believe it’s time to ensure taxpayer dollars are invested in the 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 for aspiring truck drivers and the industry.  That’s why we’re offering the Star Behaviors, LLC 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀—𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲—to 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 for 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗮𝘅𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿-𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 to attend truck driving school.  🚨 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗸𝗲𝘆: 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 for candidates to qualify for taxpayer-funded financial aid.  🎯 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: 1️⃣ 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀: By identifying candidates with the qualities, core values, and behaviors needed to excel as professional drivers, we can ensure students are well-suited for this vital career path. 2️⃣ 𝗠𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗮𝘅𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Preventing "meat in the seat" scenarios ensures funds go toward drivers who are more likely to succeed and stay in the industry. 3️⃣ 𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Reducing turnover starts with Predictive Hiring, and it begins even before candidates enter truck driving school.  The 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗮𝘅𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗥𝗢𝗜 𝗼𝗻 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴.
