Realizing modern times has led to the decline of providing customer service based on the old maxim "the customer is always right" when the vendor eliminates the ability of the customer to communicate with the company you have shown little to no regard for those who pay your bills. While I would like to continue with my membership they have put up roadblocks that have forced me to cancel. Further they have reneged on a contract agreed to over Christmas. Now I realize I am but 1 customer, however if this is indicative as to how they operate, how can I have any confidence in their product moving forward? A contact phone number should always be present to maintain customer satisfaction and LOYALTY. Does anyone else view customer retention important. How Many Players Are in the Hockey Team? You’re not the only one who has ever pondered how many players make up a hockey team. A typical ice hockey team is made up of six players who are always on the ice. Three forwards, two defensemen, and one goaltender are included in this. Nonetheless, the roster as a whole is typically larger, generally consisting of 20 players. The six players who are on the ice are included on this roster, along with extra forwards, defenders, and goalies who come in and out of the game.
