🎗️WORLD SUICIDE PREVENTION DAY🎗️ The construction industry is facing a mental health crisis. Construction workers are statistically less than half as likely to suffer from work related stress, depression or anxiety than the working population as a whole. But they are four times more likely to take their own lives. We need to encourage open communication, recognise the signs, provide access to resources, promote work-life balance, and support each other. So that we can create a safer, more supportive environment and help prevent suicide in our industry. Remember, suicide IS preventable, NOT inevitable. Suicide Suicidal sadness is enough to make me cry, we need to change this word, there has to be a why, just talk and then do listen to the stories held way deep, and as they come out tumbling the tensions then can sleep, you don’t need a piece of paper or letters near your name, you don’t need to have a title to talk about this game, just and ear of understanding with a smile on your face, and you may help a person stay in the human race, and if you know somebody that is siting in this place, don’t wait until it’s too late please don’t hesitate, just smile as you are walking and knocking on there door, as you may make the difference to their evermore With Respect HeartfeltHarley The Circle Of 6157
