This very thought has been on my mind alot recently. I will think back to an event in my life. The event feels significant enough to write about. So i write about it. I hit “publish”. But what i deem as worthy of writing about as it pertains to my life and my experiences feels few and far between. Maybe that is me believing that my life is all too common with nothing different for anybody to learn from or even find remotely interesting. Im betting alot of people who have great stories within themselves and about their own lives feel this same way. Maybe it can be something that happened just recently. Yet, it brings us as people closer together through the sharing of our experiences and struggles. Storytelling makes us more relatable to one another. Strengthening a communal feel between each other. The telling of peoples stories can inspire us. Stir emotions. Spark ideas. Lend new perspective. And ignite creativity we may not have known exists within us.
If you can tell a compelling story, you can shape the world. But most people think they don't have any stories worth telling. And that's because they've never learned how to spot them. So here are 3 simple ways to find viral-worthy stories in small, everyday moments: --- 📌 Two years ago, I quit my job on Wall Street to go all in on building a digital writing business. But most people don't know that I made my first $10,000 online as a ghostwriter. Learn how to land your first $5k ghostwriting client here: https://lnkd.in/eWcBhjKu
