We silently started two new services I'm excited about. Today, we're doing one with a team of 13 people. Talking about the tough topics with your team has never been so quick and easy. That's what the early adopters of our TReE Team Scan tool have already seen. The tool gives you insights on 9 core elements of strong teams. A valuable perspective on your team. But sometimes it's difficult to *effectively* discuss all the topics. Some of the engineering managers that scanned their team asked for our help on this. So, help them, we introduced two new services: 1) facilitating a discussion on the scan results 2) consulting sessions with the manager on anything about the team Today, we'll facilitate 13 people talking about their team. So that they become stronger. If you want insights about your team, don't miss the 80% discount for early adopters: https://lnkd.in/d3yeccdb And if you want one of the two new services - send me a message. - Hari P.S. Two is the number of goals Spurs are going to score against Arsenal this weekend 🤪

📈 Last week, we made a huge efficiency gain in our resources for Q1. And I think you might be surprised how we did it. We said “no” to implementing a feature I wrote a design doc for. I estimated the feature would take 8 dev weeks. That’s a lot of time for any team, but especially a startup with more limited resources. So we took a little extra time to validate the expected impact. 🤔 How? We spoke to our customers. In doing so, we learned that there was a different, more pressing blocker to driving outcomes for our customers and for our business. What I designed for wasn’t blocking at all in the end. Sometimes, saying “no” is the most impactful action you can take. ❓Have you said “no” lately?

What the FOLK??? At OWOW, we’re always experimenting with new tech and services in order the become the worlds greatest digital product studio. Speed and Quality are at the core of everything we do. But the more you grow, the more difficult it is to keep those two values consistent. That's where we look to talent, tech and AI to make up the difference. Folk helps us to craft world-class product proposals—not in days, but in just hours. The faster we can respond, the sooner we can get to work building products that truly make an impact and ultimately get us closer to our goals of reaching one billion people through better design technology. In other words, it makes us folking fast. 🚀

Exciting news everyone! If you thought customer feedback analytics platforms were just for collecting complaints, think again! Enterpret has waltzed away with a cool $20 million, thanks to the generous souls at Canaan Partners and a few others who might just like to join this tech party. With this funding, they’re all set to sprinkle some no-code AI magic on their platform, because who wants to actually code, right? They’ll streamline collaboration between product, marketing, and sales teams—because nothing says success like a finely tuned feedback collection process that doesn’t involve a mountain of spreadsheets. Want to dive deeper into this groundbreaking development? Check it out here: https://ift.tt/Re5ytab. Don’t worry, I’m sure it’ll be the highlight of your week!

How are projects shipped at Big Tech? 🚀 Today's listen is a gem of an episode by The Pragmatic Engineer, where Gergely Orosz had a really revealing chat with Sean Goedecke, Staff Software Engineer at GitHub. Sean also spent 5 years at Zendesk and is widely known for his viral blog post, “How I ship projects at big tech companies.” (we will link it in the comments if you've not read it) In this episode, Sean talks about: - What shipping projects actually mean when you work for a large company. - What's more important - technical skills vs. soft skills for an engineer? - How Gen AI tools are shaping how engineers ship projects. Finally - How to work and succeed in a fully remote engineering and product team 😉 "By far, the best way to gain trust with your leadership team as an engineer is to deliver. If you are the type of engineer who is always saving projects, de-risking projects, and ensuring things get across the line, then you'll build that trust. Also, always understand what the project is for." - Sean Goedecke. https://lnkd.in/dYZjY7Yy
